Cross Bridge Rice Noodle

 

Cross Bridge Rice Noodle is a dish famous for its delicious taste and unique way of cooking. This traditional food is noted for its tasteful soup and high quality sticky rice flour pressed into the noodle. The milky white soup is made from chicken and pork spareribs.
In a bowl containg hot soup, slices of pork meat, chicken meat, bean curd sheet, fish meat and vegetables are added. Hen the soup is seaoned soy vinegar,pepper oil and pepper powder. Lastly you put the noodle into the soup.
There is a saying that one’s visit to Yunnan is not complete wihout eating Bridge Rice Noodle.
